With more and more people working from home, my virtual workouts will provide you with both the flexibility to work out on your own schedule and the motivation to challenge yourself. Virtual Classes

  • Real time tips, corrections, and modifications
  • Full-length recordings of live workouts if you miss one, as well as a library ofadditional full-length recorded workouts

Personal Training

  • Tailored one-on-one workouts
  • 60-minute sessions
  • Knowledgeable in post-op, pre-op & sports conditioning training

Concierge Service

  • Access to Marit for specific questions on your form, technique, goals, suggestions, etc.

* Scheduled classes are live with exception of instructor illness/vacation/special circumstance. Every attempt will be made to secure a substitute. Pre-recorded classes will be offered in the event a live class cannot run.
